Dr. van Geerestein’s influence and engagements are wide and diverse. She is an experienced Leadership Consultant to Executive Boards and has several years’ management consulting experience gained with two major Global Consulting Firms. She has served in coaching, consulting, training and leadership roles for finance, healthcare, chemicals, manufacturing and high-tech organizations. Working extensively in the areas of personal leadership development, organizational change and business performance optimization she is particularly active in personal and organizational transformation and maximizing the performance of teams. Dr. van Geerestein is an Adjunct Professor at Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) Erasmus University, The Netherlands – a role she has held since November 2006.
